The 2009 G8 Summit Programme is now available on line in a new section devoted to the three-day Summit in L'Aquila.

The section is called "The Summit" and it contains information on the programme as well as pages on the main issues under discussion, on the participants, and on the collateral events planned for 8 to 10 July.  This space will also host the official documents generated in the course of the three-day event.  The new menu will still allow you to consult the pages on the Summit logo, on the Junior 8 Summit and on G8 Africa.

The publication of the Summit section has entailed a major overhaul of the website's content:  some of the items on the menu have been relocated, and some of the information previously hosted in the section entitled "Towards the Summit" has now been moved to the "Details" page.

A new item on the menu entitled "Ministerial Meetings" replaces the "Towards the Summit" section and includes all of the pages on the various G8 Ministerial Meetings that have been held under the Italian Presidency to date.
